The worst customer service! I have been waiting over a month for a refund and have called multiple times and chatted only to get a bs answer. During one of the chats as well the person "helping" me left the chat in the middle of the conversation. I am beyond upset and will never be purchasing something from here again. Save yourself the time and the money and STAY AWAY!

I have been shopping online for almost 10 years now and this is the worst company I have ever shop on. Aliexpress sellers have better customer service than this company. Bought over 300nzd worth of clothes but they sent me something I did not order, not my size and was only less than 60nzd. I chatted, emailed and even had to make a Facebook account just to get any response. A week after I received an email that I can proceed with the return. Went to the store and returned the item. I was told they cannot give me the correct products because the email only says I can return. They took the wrong order, processed it through "extra online" and said I will get a refund within 24 to 48 hrs. It has been a week since I returned the item but NOTHING. They are not even responding through FB chat anymore. Everytime you talk to someone, no one seems to know about your issue. You have to tell what happened over and over and over again and it always goes back to "oh we're so sorry for the inconvenience, we will look into this matter". But the "looking into this matter" never ends, it will never resolve. Disgusting! Hope this company gets bankrupt!

Awful company with no morals. If you have even an ounce of conscience stay away. Don't touch this racist retailer with a barge pole.
Terrible racist brand,
Has people working there who promote racism and apartheid and Zara does nothing to condemn it.
It should take stern action and dismiss individuals who promote racism.
The truth always finds it way out. Will not be shopping here again as they endorse apartheid and have no respect for human rights!
I won't be shopping there anymore.

Hi all. Why rating is so low? I have a lot of their clothes and won't stop buying there. They always have what to advise me or I buy things I fell in love with from the beginning.
Sadly I had my bag stolen and receipt was in side. I purchased item the day before and had bank statements to provide evidence. I literally only wanted to exchange (also was spending more). I was not only refused, I was humiliated by the manager and sales representative whom told me it was my duty to care for my belongings (the receipt). And that there was absolutely nothing that could or would be done without the receipt.
Customer service also stated that their policy overrides the statuary rights act.
It does not clearly state this in store or on the receipt and Zara are failing customers to make it known that they will not accept any return without receipt even if you have proof by other means.
I will not shop there anymore and will forever tell people to avoid shopping with them. My word is powerful.

The Zara Store located at northpark Center in Dallas is complete disgrace!
Ridiculously large lines at the 1st floor and men’s cashier while the cashiers at children’s section is closed? Also, other employees slowly folding clothes while customers are frustrated and angry?
Poor management at it’s best.

Not impressed at all... ordered an order Tuesday with the delivery date to be Friday. With many phone calls and WhatsApp chats with Zara they apologised my parcel hadn’t turned up on the Friday and said they would ship now so would come the next day ( Saturday). It is now Saturday, I have called Zara to make sure my parcel is coming and they have said no it’s arriving Tuesday as the delivery company don’t deliver on Saturdays. Not only was I told lies, I am now a very disappointed customer waiting a whole week for my parcel to arrive.

I like this brand. The quality, price and customer service is pretty good.
I did get my items- 2 pair sandals, different sizes. Not correctly sized. Cost to return was too high so had to donate.
I absolutely LOVE zara clothes! They have such amazing, trendy, chic designs. The quality of clothes is also amazing for its price. I prefer shopping in store as compared to online as sometimes it's hard to see what the clothes look like online with the way the models are standing.
